The role will be highly concentrated on generating new opportunities, alongside developing and increasing revenue through new customers.
Responsible for achieving profitable & sustainable growth by winning the new business and delivering the same as agreed with customers.
As an integral part of the business winning function, he must be a team player with a clear commitment for achieving goals and deadlines, while demonstrating a flexible and ‘can-do’ attitude.
Good communication and organization skills are a pre-requisite for the role.
Requirements: Technical Competencies
Product Domain: Automotive / Appliance / Aerospace / Rail / Heavy Engineering
Product Design: Reverse & Re-Engineering, Concept to Engineering Design, etc.
Analysis Domains: Noise & Vibration, Mold Flow, Multi-Body Dynamics, Computational Fluid Dynamics, Structural Simulations, etc.
Optimization: VA/VE or DOE (This is not compulsory)
Software / Hardware: Application of Design / Analysis / Simulation software along with the basic knowledge on hardware
Basic knowledge on Mechanical Engineering subjects
Requirements: Business Skills
Must be passionate towards building strong customer relationships and have a proven ability to prosecute and WIN new business
Must have multi-domain experience for handling the customers in different
Must have proven success rate in developing and winning the business with new customers
Must demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills
Must be proficient in using MS Office applications ((Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Project).
Must be willing to travel as needed for wining new business
Bonding and Lobbying with customer
Must protect the organization's value by keeping information confidential.
